Wordless (sort of) Wednesday

I love this image.

My mom and I were on our way to a day spa. We stopped to get gas and coffee (in no particular order) and as I waited for her, I noticed the thickness of the fog… the tangible heaviness that was all around us. The sun straining to break through.

I’ve cropped this to be more of a vertical shot – it appealed to me more this way.
I tweaked it with M4H’s Fable True Story action and voila!

Great photo. I’ve always wanted to take a sunrise photo through the morning fog, but I never seem to have my camera on me at the right time.
